In Year 4, homework will given out on Friday and is to be returned by the following Wednesday. The homework will be either Maths or English and will be a consolidation of what we are learning in class. Weekly spelling will also be sent home on a Monday for pupils to learn throughout the week.  Please support your child with their homework, if you have any questions, please come and see us.

Year 4 Spellings

As spelling is an important part of writing, the children practise a different group of spellings each week. These are sent home as homework and we work on them during school time too. The children will be quizzed on their weekly spellings each Tuesday. The weekly spellings for Spring 1 can be seen below.
