All Year 6 children enjoyed the residential to Scarborough and took part in a range of exciting activities. They started the residential off with lunch in the sunshine and a walk on The Cleveland way. They visited the Sea Life Centre and got to see lots of different under the sea animals. They had one rainy evening where they stayed in for an evening of games and a dance party, followed by hot chocolate and a bedtime story. The next day they went for a walk on the beach up to the castle where they had a great time learning about Scarborough castle. After this they had a fun afternoon on funfair rides, paddling in the sea and water fights. On their last evening the weather stayed lovely for them and everyone enjoyed toasting marshmallows. To end the residential the children we exploring rock pools in Scarborough which they all enjoyed. All the children were a credit to the school and we’re very proud of you all.
